THE ASSESSMENT
The Leadership Circle, a comprehensive and statistically valid leadership 360 assessment designed to reveal your core strengths and blind spots.
STEP 1: THE PLAN
Design the plan. A practical overview of what you want and how you operate. Focus on self-awareness: your objective, goals, values and how to use your time to achieve results.
STEP 2: THE FOUNDATION
Lay the foundation. A process of identifying what you know and don't and the key levers to accelerate change. Focus on interpersonal awareness: your patterns in relationship.
STEP 3: THE STRUCTURE
Build the structure. A commitment to action and follow-through, while developing a personalized toolkit for the future. Focus on making better choices and taking ownership.

NUTS & BOLTS
Sessions are 50 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of reflection.
Coach sends an email after each session summarizing the client insights and actions.
Sessions are by phone, Client calls Coach at the time of the session.
Quarterly review of goals determines number of sessions per month.
Invoices and session reminders are provided at the end of each month for the following month.
Fees are based on a sliding scale for corporate-sponsored, self-sponsored, and non-profit clients.
